Prashna is a free practice platform for UPSC Civil Services and Karnataka KAS aspirants. It does two things and tries to do them well: a fresh current affairs quiz every morning, and an interactive bank of previous year questions organised by subject and year.
Each morning, our pipeline reads the day's reporting from trusted sources — PIB, The Hindu, Indian Express and others — and drafts exam-style questions. Every question is then automatically verified against its cited source before publication, and each one links to that source so you can read further. If you ever spot an error, use the "Report an error" link on the question — reports go straight to us and corrections are published promptly.
Previous year questions are reproduced from the official examination papers of the respective commissions. Answers are matched to the officially published answer keys. The explanations, topic classification and interactive presentation are Prashna's original work, created for educational practice. Prashna is not affiliated with UPSC, KPSC, or any government body.
